[PUZZLE] First Giveaway :D

Hello everybody

I decided to create my first giveaway so here it is.
I created a puzzle for it and hope you like it and solve it :D

It ends on Sunday something about 08:00PM (GMT +1 - i think :D)

Puzzle

Rules are simple:
Dont share any hints, answers and link to giveaway. And everything will be fine.

No, it ended over a day ago - see the clock tehk7 linked is now counting upwards or just look at his profile and notice that the Just Cause 2 giveaway is over.

I got all the questions except for the final one, I suck at maths. Anyway here are the answers I got:

Question 15 I don't have a clue, I thought it was to do with addition using a different base number, but I couldn't get anywhere.

Q15: (5 + 7)7(the biggest one)-2(the number of numbers) = 82
((6 + 5 + 1)6)-3 = 69 etc.
so answer is 98

Damn, seems so easy looking at it like that but in honesty, I don't think I would ever have got it (I could not be bothered brute forcing despite being the only question I needed) :)
