How often does the amount of gifts you're able to give increase?

I'd assume you're supposed to maintain 100% (I can't imagine support would be happy if someone intentionally made one fake giveaway after every 3 proper ones) but yeah, the system is designed with 75% as a minimum.

75% minimum with 3 bonus giveaways. So if someone has given away 30 games with 100% received rating, they are able to have up to 13 open giveaways (30/40 = 75%, 10 + 3 bonus = 13)

Planning an overly large giveaway? If you are but don't have the required number of slots, you could try chatting to support. Works the same way for people who created giveaways that were deleted and need a second chance.

Yeah, just ask support. I was too lazy to do it, so I had a friend host the giveaways that were over my limit of 38 giveaways at the time.
