Value should have been 30.01 minimum, since 30.00 is the cap for bundle games without giving non bundles away.

Also, should have picked a rule stating "bundle giveaways are welcome but we strongly recommend non bundles", because this sounds like a private group for bundle giveaways. Not that they are bad, most people that have the bundle cap here can easily afford cheap bundles i guess.
