So....post a video, have 28 of 28 tasks completed and earn the next level?
Feels like something minor compared to other problems to call this broken.

there used to be "vote for a greenlight game" but you can't do that now ... before you had to complete all but 1 task, now you need to complete all, Valve just hasn't fixed the "requirements" statement

Cause it says "27 of 28 tasks completed." unless you only read the part you want to read to be able to complain.

I'm not sure why it broke for you. I also have 27 out of 28 items (same as you: didn't post any video), and I have the Level 5 Community Leader badge.

I had this problem during summer sale. I send ticket to support and they asked me to restart steam. I did it even if I tried it before, but this time it helped. So support can fix it or it will just fix by itself.

Or in settings > webbrowser clear caches maybe.
