just be patient and wait how everything turns out. If you still haven't received your gift after 7 days, mark it as not received and move on

Which game you won? Usually, if it's not a bundled game, and the GA creator hasn't at least entered in a considerable number of giveaways, the odds are that you're not going to receive it.

I had a GA end one time in which I emailed the winner asking if their email was valid still; the user emailed me back, within a few hours added me on steam, sent me another email asking for the game 40 minutes later, left me a message on my profile and another email. All within the first 24 hours.

I don't think he understood the 7 day rule, even after telling him about it and linking to the FAQ.

Point is, some people make you wait intentionally for almost the whole 7 days.

I've had unexpected difficulties before when I tried to a give a gift, so I recommend just be patient and wait. Either way, you don't lose anything and its a free game if you get it, so don't complain... Yet.
