Level 2 is only possible through the subscription tier. I got a ton of levels from subbing 6 months, and I sent a link to some Justin Bieber tickets in a support ticket. A couple days later I was gifted a few more levels. The site isn't a scam, but they require some charitable donations as one would expect.

The cake is the truth everything else is a lie. There is no level 2.

Welcome back Mr Level 1, just don't give bundle games away and you might get to level 2 :3 Always give AAA games cough so I can leech cough and you might get past level 1 like I did. But I'm just a casual gifter so I won't get to level 3 until at least 5 years time!

I heard barbie knows how to get to level 5, I believe her. But she said something about a secret rat that knows how... I think thats bad advice there :/
