and when i click that link A red dialogue box Appeared " Reported Web Forgery! "
This web page at ** has been reported as a web forgery and has been blocked based on your security preferences.
EDIT: Firefox blocked that link by saying " " Reported Web Forgery! "" so i didn't continued and closed immediately and it came from Steam Support, here is the pic:
