Hey crew,
Taking a bit of a hiatus. I'm in the middle of moving to start my Masters at a university, so I'll be busy setting things up there. In the meantime, I'll still be updating the page with reviews when I can if you're interested in co-op games.
I urge you to prepare your wallet for the steam sale coming, check back on the page during to see the best deals in co-op gaming and grab something there for yourself and your significant other to kick-start that co-op fun
Kind Regards,
IGSO

Excellent! I've been following your page and wishlisting games that you've recommended as the only reason I got into steam was to find local multiplayer games. Love your curated list so far, hope you plan on keeping it going.

Oh, cool. I didn't realize that some of those games had co-op.
There are a few great local co-op games you seem to be missing from your list. My favorite, and most appropriate for your group, being Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. The combat is designed such that the better player can kill most of the enemies, and thus help out the weaker player and keep them safe, or revive the other player after combat is over. But all the puzzles require teamwork equally from both players, and often the challenging puzzles require brainstorming that's independent of gaming ability and thus put both players on equal footing.

Just joined. I don't have an SO, but I have fond memories growing up of managing to get my mom into Harvest Moon on my old N64 and Gamecube. So I have a lot of love for games that are accessible to non-gamers and I appreciate the desire to share that experience.

This list is great for bringing anyone into gaming. At first, my target audience was those in relationships since I believe that everyone will find someone someday. But It seems I have grown further than that which I never expected. I'll be sure to address on my steam overview that this curator list also works for parents, siblings and the young and old who require a little bit of guidance when it comes to gaming.
And you are absolutely correct. It's all about sharing the experience.
Thank you for your support!
