Like I said in another post just a minute ago, you can't call people out on the forums, it's against the rules. Just say what needs to be said without mentioning names. If you didn't get your key after a week, either try contacting the user asking when you'll receive it, or send a report if you must. But seeing as you've won 9 games and given nothing to the community, you have no room to complain. They probably requested a new winner in fact, which can take a while depending on backed up the mods are (both with their person lives and on here).

They do it enough times, they get suspended and eventually banned.
Regardless, you can't lose something you never had to begin with, so don't stress about it. :X
If you feel they did you wrong, submit a user report.

Mark the win unreceived and deal with it. Don't complain about the giveaways of others when you haven't even made one. You have nine games for nothing. Heck, you have won more often than commented.

You won nine games without giving back anything i guess a small trolling is just fine.
Report them and wait the staff gonna give them the default suspension... they may learn how this works.

Ok, i read your post, so i know you did not call anyone, i really love the ppl who come saying read the faq but didint read the post fully, then again the site give 7 days to ppl send the key or correct the mistake if not, you simply mark it not received and move on, does it sucks? hell yeah but sometimes things dont work as we want, and the site is for giveaway so if it failed the max the site can do its put a mark that the user failed gifting the promised game.

Maybe make some giveaways of your own and blacklist the people who you didn't call out.

You just seem to be particularly unlucky, as only 0.3% of giveaways have been marked not received this month.
Just mark them not received and move on, you'll win other games. There's already a system in place to prevent abuse, you only have 3 giveaways slots when you start, if your giveaways are marked not received you can't create any more.

i usually receive more than 1 copy each time i win, i would say these users are giving away too much!

I won Alien Isolation, I was happy as a seal because I couldn't buy it in the HB monthly, then I saw it was a dup key and the creator (which had a decent amount of given games) just plain ignored me -.-

I had this problem early on but ever since I started leveling up and contributing to SG it hasn't happened in over a year.

The key thing to remember with people/posts like OP's: There is no need to waste time blacklisting them, just make GA's require level one or higher.
