regifting a won gift

and the idea is gifting gmaes for another one who wants to play it, not getting proffits with it...

Or you could save up for a pc that could run it. Seriously, how hard is it to save up $#00 or $400 for a new pc? Even most really cheap computers can play almost every steam game.

cuz that would be easily taken advantage off. grab a bunch of frends, get 1 game, make a group for frends, and ahve all frends enter and do this multiple times = unlimited giveaways made. so no it is not a stupid rule. + ppl give games for ppl to play not to give to others, thats like gettin a gift from ur parents and giving it back, thats just rude

I expect they do. I thing the stupidest thing to do is to enter a giveaway without having a general idea what the game is.

Maybe he didn't realize it, I mean people buy games and sometimes realize they cant play them. He is doing the right thing anyways it seems by coming here and asking what to do.
