points not refunded on giveaway deletion

if i enter a giveaway and then it is deleted by either the creator or staff i don't get a refund of the points. only noticed it happening within the last few weeks.

EDIT: I was just asking because it didn't happen in SGv1

Yes, It's a problem and it sucks, but it doesn't happen often enough that it's worth fixing.
