If there are any region locks on BundleStars, they list it on the game's page on the right hand side in a big red box.
If there's no warning, they're ROW keys.

I use my one and only account and I use www.vpnsecure.me and formerly cyberghost. Main goal is to get region restricted keys not available in my region. These keys all are ROW in my opinion but are shown for not available in my region.

I always use a VPN located in the US i usually use tunnelbear.
Its just so i can get 10 cents off its not a lot but it counts up :)
