I am yet to get the key

In summerseal I won a copy of Shadowgrounds Survivor, but I am yet to get the email containing key. What can I do?

I don't think their support mail is active anymore.

all it said for support is try again i guess they ran out of keys.

It happened to me too, and since I didn't receive mail (and it did say I won) I don't think I'll get anything tbh...
