Bridge constructor, Portal edition... not even a little bit interested :)

I'm not even sure how the two correlate, especially considering they DIDN'T SHOW ANY SEMBLANCE OF GAMEPLAY.

If it at least had a few mechanics to show off pertaining to the series, like the gel, portals or robots, then people might be vaguely interested. Instead it's just a portal-themed bridge simulator with... basically nothing else. Wow, GLaDOS is there? Lovely.

...is that it?

There's screenshots at the very least, though indeed it would have been nice to see them in action. The trailer was meh. :/

The trailer sucked, let's not sugar-coat it.

Those images make it look like it could be fun. I'm not really into the whole "bridge building" games, personally, but the concept at least has something to it.

Valve can't count to three. Give up on that idea.

Is this how they deal with their IPs now... Wow, Valve... Give Half-Life to someone then...

wow we're not only getting a new portal game, but it's going to be on the switch. that's amazing. i'd prefer portal 2 on the switch but i doubt that'll ever happen.

shame its just friggin bridge constructor instead of, y'know, and actual portal 3.

I see that Valve still has a problem with counting up to the number 3! So we'll have Portal one, Portal two, and Portal thr... Bridge Constructor :)

Perhaps there's still hope that one day we'll have Half-Life: Vacations in Xen ^^

how can you put such a cool franchise into a mini game where you construct bridges? This is sad.

One cannot deny disappointment, but at the same time several pretty fun 2D portal fan-made games ave been great. This could be equally good.

Unpopular opinion here I guess, but I like Bridge Constructor games and this looks pretty good.

Yes. I'm also somewhat interested.
But Valve should probably prioritize "real" games first before spin-off games...

I don't think games are on Valve's priority list at all anymore. The money's already flowing in through Steam, so why bother?

To be fair, Valve probably had very little to do with this outside of licensing the IP.
