SteamGifts is designed as a site to enable the gifting of Steam games. Some people like to mention their channel, group, or website in the description of their giveaway, encouraging others to "check them out." That's fine.

Some people use the SteamGifts forum to inform other users of sites which may (or may not) be of interest to them. Such forum posts talk about the site/link they are sharing so that people have an idea of whether or not they want to follow the link. That's also fine.

When I look at your posting, however, all I see is a redirect to another site. Nothing else. That makes it seem like you are being paid to spam this link on the internet to increase traffic for a particular site. Such a practice is quite rude, just as it would be if you plastered advertising posters on the side of a person's house.
