SO i was trying to buy that multiplayer games bundle before time runs out but my payment wont process instead they made me verify my purchase by sending an SMS to my phone number and yet I got that message:

A member of our support team needs to verify the information and will complete the order as soon as it is resolved.

Its a weird thing, first I got a message from my bank saying the 14$ were paid then i got a second message saying "you were debited with 0.00$ at humble bundle now your balance is 15$" so idk what happened! did they refund my purchase if so then why do i still have that message of my payment being reviewed.

That's an amazingly short period of time to expect a response in from most any company or individual.. nevermind you initiated the matter after standard business hours, which is unlikely to have helped response time any.

I got a message from my bank

Everything you just mentioned is something that your bank should be able to clarify for you, if you call them up. That's something to discuss with them- see if it's just a feedback issue on what they're showing you, if the payment had an error but is still attempting to be processed, if the payment didn't go through due to some sort of error and they cancelled it..
They're the only ones that can give you real answers, and they can give you those answers rather quickly. After that, you'll know how best to approach your continued efforts with Humble.

I checked with my bank seems like the money was sent indeed and my balance is almost zero...idk about this since they said i wont be charged anything until payment is processed

That happens a few times with me. Just wait they are verifying if you are legit. Response time is usually 24 hours so I doubt you'd get any response until tomorrow.

(You will still get the bundle regardless if all goes through.)

It happened to me with the last war bundle (I think). First bought tier 1, it went to review, then upgraded to tier 2 and again went to review. Both times, received the games the next day. Bought several bundles in the last 2 or 3 years, but that was the first time it happened to me.

It's really bizarre! did something trigger that? the only thing i did prior to that was removing my saved card from my account and that's all.

I can't think of anything. Have 2 cards saved there, and usually I change them depending on the funds. Both are legal, and never had any problem buying local or international, physical or online. Not even G2A, GamIvo or other store (except Paypal) asked for anything regarding my identity or review the cards.
