Is the time for earning steam cards increased?

Is only my idea or is true? I'm seeing that for earn a new card now it spend lot of time. After little less than an hour I still haven't earned anything :/ It's strange or time is changed? Thanks :)

A few of my friends have complained about it (like little girls). So it probably has been increased.

idk i got 3 cards today for Bastion in 2 hours. Usually in 3-4 hours i get 5-8 cards.

yeah..5 hours in showdown effect for its 4 cards.Been in Paranormal for 2 hours and only got 1 card.

Yeah I think so too. I was idling in McPixel for an hour the other day and didn't earn a single card. Today I played Tales from Space and it took me well over 2 hours to earn 2 cards.
