Block them, almost all are spam bots LV 0-3

block him or just ignore
usually private profile

i always ignoring them

Block them right away without curiosity and you'll be good.

• hire a private investigator to track them down

I use Steam Inventory Helper to auto ignore and block requests from lvl =< 5. It's a chrome extension and works a bit like Enhanced Steam, only it runs in the background
(i hate it) and it's generally worse. I only have it's auto ignore/block feature activated. :)
