I know it is a volunteer job and I admire them for it ... I found it strange because my tickets were always answered in a maximum of 2 ~ 3 days

It just seems to depend on how much time Support has and the ease with which the request can be filled. Quick ones are more likely to get knocked out (i.e. disruptive threads can get closed quickly, etc), while I'm not sure if all of Support has access to check the box that has the system do a reroll.

Made few tickets in a row, all were replied to in one hour by the same person ~17-18 days since I created the very first ticket.

It's like they have only one person doing this and he's checking them only twice a month.

So, well, you gotta be patient.
