Plot twists in video games? (plz try to be as spoiler free as possible)

As for the twist, Second Sight and "You can't change past."

Tbh, so far there was never a plot twist that I did not see coming. Well, there are ones that were really unexpected, but I am never surprised or anything.

Just remembered Final Fantasy 6 (or 3 if you're still using American SNES numbering):
You end up in what you think is the final act of the game, plot tries to make you believe there'll be a peaceful ending. Now, said peaceful ending would be a twist in and of itself, given that you're dealing with a reasonable-but-still-evil ruler of an enemy empire and his complete psychopath general (2 points that are established quite early on). But that doesn't happen.
Instead you get a more predictable run to a final confrontation and then YOINK! Welcome to the real final act where the entire premise of the setting and the gameplay style get twisted around.

Well, I wouldn't call it a 'oh my god, I didn't see that coming' type of twist but I would add Little Inferno to the list ^^

The ending of Batman: Arkham City and the Rasch reveal in Crysis 3.

Also noone mentioned Silent Hill 2 yet? o.O

plus Alan Wake had few great plot twists in first half, sadly second half was totally predictable.

Although it doesn't have all that much of a "plot", eversion has quite a few... twists.

Saints Row: The Third: It has a few plot twists, but mostly just silly ones where you don't expect that to happen in the game.
Batman: Arkham City: The ending was quite a plot twist, I guess.
Dust: An Elysian Tail: Near the end, when you find your (somewhat) identity.

Spec Ops: The Line (one of my favorite games ever)
