No, all games (besides Minecraft and one of those "modern" shooters) MUST be Steam redeemable (unless you're a dev).

Feel free to give it away in the forum though, you're allowed to do that.

What about that shooter that's not on Steam? I forget which one it is, maybe Battlefield (insert number here) something...

I do remember at least one other game besides Minecraft being allowed.

Personally, I don't think any non Steam games should be allowed, it makes it too hard to determine whether or not there's foul play going on with the gift giver and the recipient of the game. ;)

If its steam key u will need steam and uplay for playing far cry 3 all ubisoft games buy on steam are like that

Does the key look like it's Steam format? i.e. xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx ?

You should check with Ubisoft support to find out if it's Steam redeemable.

If its a steam key then you can give it away it will need uplay even if you have it on steam. Having said that if you havnt played it keep its pretty damn good!
