Maybe he sent it per mail and it's in your Spam folder, I myself send them per mail sometimes, like my last giveaway and one of the winners somehow didn't accept the win and he didnt accept my invite either ^^.

I won a giveaway for Orion: Prelude 5 days ago but the creator never added me on steam or sent the key. And when I try to add him he rejects me. Should I just wait 2 more days to mark as not received?
