Need some help!

I have a problem. I created new steam account and discovered a problem. All cards that was dropped on that account, aren't tradable. I thought it's because of steamguard. But 15 days passed and even new cards aren't tradable. Someone please can explain me what's happening? Thanks

You need to be steam level 5 to trade or sell.

Crafting badges and adding a bunch of games is the only way.

This isn't true. You need to be level 1. In other words you need to buy something on Steam or activate a gift.

Yeah smarty. Gotta buy something and wait 1 month on that account before trading. Community market doesn't count.

To trade trought tradeoffer button you don't need to buy anything)

Just make offer from account with logged steam guard and accept it with logged steam guard.

1) You dont need buying anything in store for make trades. (This is needed for getting access to Steam trade market.)

2) You dont need any steam level. (First level you can easy earn with making community badge.)

3) Only what you need, after you actived steam guard on account, waiting 7-15 days (not sure how many exactly).
