The Rock-It Launcher from Fallout franchise. It's a gun that lets you shoot random rubbish, be it tin cans or human body parts or money or whatever, and kill people with it. In the wasteland where there is rubbish everywhere, you always have ammo and its hilarious to see a head explode because you just fired dinner plates into a person's head.

My favorite gun would probably have to be That Gun in Fallout: New Vegas (Not exactly an FPS but close enough), at least as far as a normal gun goes. As far as over-the-top destroy-everything guns, gotta love the Euclid's C-Finder...nothing like bringing down a humongous laser beam down onto your enemies.

Shotgun always works well, also minigun nothing better then cutting enemy in a few seconds, with a rain of fire.
