The problem:

Have a terrible tooth ache for 2 days. Thank God, eating now painkillers. For 2 days. But painkillers works only for 3 hours, not more. For the 3d day (now) I choose painkiller + wine (I heard, that alcohol accumulating deeds of painkillers). Its wrong. I drunk, drunk, drunk, but nothing good. Nothing good for my tooth.

So, I know, that I have to go to stomatologist, but I'm frightened them more than snakes, sharks etc. Yes. I frightened stomatologists more than snakes.

So, the best & original suggestion wins. We have 3 hours. Lets begun. :)

You must go to the dentist, if you lose your tooth... It will be a disaster, don't make this mistake (it's a friendly warning, not because I want the game)

I second this. Go to the dentist ASAP, and don't mix painkillers and alcohol, unless you are absolutely certain that the mix is safe. Mixing alcohol and medicine is generally speaking a very very bad idea, and it can result in long term damage to your body (usually your liver, though not always), or even death if you are really unlucky.

Also, avoid eating a lot of painkillers. While they are nice to have in a pinch, don't use it as your go-top option for any minor form of pain. Paracetamol for an example can give some pretty nasty liver damage if you eat to many pills containing it.

You can actually go and buy something called Clove Oil (it's relatively cheap), you just dab a bit of it on a an earbud/cotton bud and rub it on the affected tooth, it will only (completely) remove your pain temporary, but you can use it again straight after. It is pretty cool.

First of all, stop with the painkilers at once, you've taken too many already. After doing that never again mess up with alcohol and drugs, for your own safety.

If you want to relieve the pain apply cold to the area and go ASAP to a dentist, those things should not be played with.

Well if I appreciated both my liver and kydney I wouln't mix those things. And if he's taking painkillers every three hours he's had much more than enough.

Ibuprofen + paracetamol, should work if it doesn't drink some coffee afterwards. Got this advice from my dentist and it works really well.

I get toothaches frequently, my solution = Numb the area with lidocaine (injectable) and then remove the tooth with hemostats (small medical pliers)

Dentist is the way to go, no 'original suggestion' to present, sorry. :/ But if you insist on not going, well, suck it up and distract yourself as much as possible so not to focus on the pain I suppose.

EDIT: Your alternative is bacon. Bacon is the solution to all things.

I don't really want the game, but honestly dude if your tooth hurts go to the dentist.

This could be a serious problem and it isn't as bad as you think. Better to have a short duration of pain than losing all your teeth just from fear of going to the dentist.

Stop being a little girl and go to the dentist (or stomatologist as you call it). If it's not infected you can even get local anaesthesia and you won't feel a thing.

TL;DR: grow some balls

Dissolve enough salt in warm water (body temperature) to make a strong solution and rinse your mouth repeatedly, vigourously swishing the salty water around your mouth (if the pain allows) or just allowing the brine to work in your mouth (it will make you salivate). The dental pain, especially when extremely severe, may instantly subside or perhaps take a while before it goes away, it will don't worry the longest it took for acute pain to stop was about two minutes (for my friend that is :p) . I have also seen a few others reporting near-instantaneous dental pain relief achieved in identical fashion). Repeat application of the salt rinse - even over several days in case the pain reoccurs or doesn’t fully go away - may be required. One may also lodge some salt crystals directly against the tooth or gum area that hurts
