Did you like it?
Fuck it involves using a graphic editor, I'm screwed. What's a jigsaw ?

I wasn't ^^ I have never been able to solve anything with Gimp.

ok, so I suppose the layers are all the different pieces. How do I select a layer ?

hooooo I found it. Now I have to find how to move them ! It's like each step for solving this puzzle is a puzzle in itself

I have found a web that let's you open a .psd file and move/rotate layers: http://pixlr.com/editor/

Nice idea :) I saw the image and can say that it's not hard, but I'm too lazy to install PS or Gimp right now. If you can make the same image for Paint.NET (*.pdn), it will be much appreciated.

There is a plugin for Paint.NET that let you open .psd files. I have found this web also: http://pixlr.com/editor/

Yeah, I also thought about plugins. I don't know why, but it don't work for me :( I'll try to update to the latest version.
And that online editor looks nice :) Thanks.
EDIT: Yes, the problem was in old Paint.NET version.

This is taking me so much time. Can anyone tell how to rotate a layer I'm moving without selecting it in the layers box ? (with GIMP)
Comment has been collapsed.
Yes, but that's the problem. I can move a layer without selecting it, but if I want to rotate it I have to find which layer it is.

GIMP tip: Activate the Move tool (Tools | Transform Tools | Move) and open the Layers dialog (Windows | Dockable Dialogs | Layers). Then, click and hold down a piece to highlight the layer number in the Layers dialog. Finally, select the previously-highlighted layer in the Layers dialog and perform the rotate.
I'm no GIMP expert so it can probably be done even more efficiently but this process worked reasonably quickly for me.

Yeah I didn't notice it was highlighted, thanks. I surely hope there is an faster way to do this than selecting the layer in the box then browsing through a contextual menu (at least for the contextual menu part)

Bump for solved. I liked this puzzle! Although it was harder to read the writing than put the jigsaw together :/

TheRealKotA has written some tips for GIMP and lukeeeb tips for Photoshop. I hope you can find them useful.

This time your objetive is very easy: Solve a jigsaw!
Bundle game - Level 1
You can find the ITH (It's Too Hard) link HERE
Please don't share answers nor links, fair play! (^_^)/
Sorry about having to download a file. I was searching for other alternatives, but I didn't find them. I have included the checksum of the file in the puzzle (if you don't know what a checksum is, just ignore the SHA-1: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx thing).
Sorry about my photoshop skills too :/
If you don't have any program able to open .psd files, you can try this web: http://pixlr.com/editor/
You can't find the answer without solving the jigsaw puzzle, so don't try to bruteforce it :)
