Why can't I create these Giveaways?

Hi,

I have two Games (A Detectives Novel ID 503820 and Space Beret ID 547960) wich I want to give away, but when I enter the names I can't find them.

This means that this games have been given for free before, and so you can't create a giveaway for them.
