Only if they're Steam redeemable (they'll say on the store page). Those are just sales for games, not necessarily Steam games.

on the page where you buy it, if it says "steam-redeemable" or "activates on steam" or "requires a steam account", then it will give you a steam key. If it doesn't say that, it won't.

Even if a game is on the steam store, it doesn't mean any copy you buy any other site will be steam rdeemable.
