The radio from Deadly Premonition would be good, as would any other item that allowed you to go from one place to another with ease. And Maxwell's notebook would be a fun toy to play with.

Just to break the trend of 'Portal Gun', I'd say the hammer / maul (but only if I could knock shit down with it same as you can in the game) OR the magnet gun, both from Red Faction Armaggeddon.
