small problem with giveaway

hey , i have a small problem with a givewaya , i made it , some1 won , i send the mail with key. Problem is only after i just saw his acc , 3 days since online , 15 games , no time played .... :/ what should i do? i already sent him the game

Just wait for a week. If he doesn't activate after then, you can ask for a reroll.

not much. Add him and wait for him to come online. Tell him that he won/give him the key again. If he never comes back online, you will have "Awaiting Feedback"-feedback. Key giveaways will not be rerolled. That's why I add my winners, if it's a key and give it through Steam chat.

Because you can't be sure that the guy who had won in the first place took the key in the meantime. Steam-gifts can be revoked.

If the key has been sent in an email, there's no way to know if the key has been used.
