Hello guys, I need your opinion on something about the puzzle's visual design.
One of the problems right now with using Paint/Photoshop to solve these nonograms is that it is hard to undo a mistake using the Fill tool.
If I mark two neighboring cells the same color, but then later on realize that one of them needs to be changed, I can't use the Fill tool to undo it, as it would also undo all the other contiguous cells.
Like in this example, as soon as I realize the cell (marked in red) is wrong and I try to set it to white, everything next to it becomes white.
So here's a solution I'm proposing.
I can add an outline to the cells in the solving grid
Here's how that looks in action.
It makes the solving process easier (even though accidentally clicking on the outline can be frustrating) but once in the QR code it looks weird (but also quite cool).
Here's one you can try out to see how it feels (No giveaway)
I personally don't need such a change because any decision to mark a cell black or white comes from logical deduction, but not all people solve this way and others have a more hands-on, trial-and-error approach, and I don't want to leave them out.
What do you guys think?
Should I make this new change permanent?
Are your QR code reader apps able to decipher the code despite the outlines?
Does it make the solving process easier? Harder?
Does it make the final result look satisfying?
I'd love to hear your thoughts :)

If it is still readable by a QR reader and more tolerable of mistakes, then why not? So it would be a nice improvement.
Personally I don't need it either, 'cause if I make a mistake then redoing whole puzzle from start is easier than trying to find and fix that mistake

Cool stuff indeed! :)
Yep, just tried it and it's still readable by the website I normally use, so I'm all for the change.

I never had any problems before, but if it's still readable, then it's a nice change :D
Also it looks nice

I don't care
just use what you like and isn't too much work for you

Hello everyone, I have to go to bed early as I'll be visiting my parents this weekend (at last!) so I won't have time to put the Week 25 puzzle before Monday.
Thanks to all by the way for the feedback, I will be activating the outlines in my next puzzles, and do let me know if you feel it should go back to how it was.

Want to contribute and have a nonogram giveaway of your own? Instructions in the Join the fun! section.
Notes
* Region restriction: None at the moment
** Filled squares: Any square already marked as being black or white is an additional clue to remove the ambiguity of two possible solutions.
*** Decoder issues: It's been reported that puzzle 43 has trouble being decoded by the ZXing Decoder and the phone decoders. If this happens to you, try with a phone app (moving the phone further back from the screen), or zoom out the code before uploading it to the decoder.
Hints
Hint 1 : You might want to know how Nonograms work
Hint 2 : You might want to know how to decode QR codes (I personally recommend phone apps)
Hint 3 : You might want to use a graphical tool like MS Paint / Paintbrush / GIMP
