Mmm.. there's quite a few actually as you can imagine, I'd say the Batman games. Can only speak for Batman AA and AC, the first was amazing for its time and the second one improves in almost every aspect.
Edit: maybe give us a preferred genre..?

Played all of them, didn't fancy the last one too much.

I've already played it a bunch, got bored of it after 32 hours of the same game.

hmm.. I'll leave some more here I remembered from going through my library (most are better on PC imo and some PC only):
XCOM Enemy Unknown, Payday 1&2, Vampire The Masquerade, Mount & Blade Series, Star Wars KOTOR, TES Series, F.E.A.R. 1, RCT 3, The Witcher 1(PC only)&2, Tropico 4.
(also Two Worlds 2 if you're into RPGs)
Alright, that's it. Good luck :)

I'll try XCOM and The Witcher series then, I've played others.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown
Far Cry 3 (it's really fun but the story is horrible)
Burnout Paradise or Dirt 2 (if you like racing games)
The Half-Life 2 series (although you probably played them already and they are not really "new", they are a must-play)
Dishonored
Borderlands 2 (the first one was good but the sequel is far superior)
Torchlight II or Path of Exile (they are both good diablo-like games. Path of Exile is free-to-play)
I wouldn't call all of these titles a "must play", but they are fantastic.

Aight, going to try XCOM: Enemy Territory,
Finished FC3, I personally loved the story.
Burnout Paradise is... too fast for me, and I prefer Dirt 3 over DiRT 2 due to bigger availability of cars and tracks.
Finished every single Half-Life, from Half-Life 1 + DLC to Black Mesa and HL2:E2.
Gotta try that, seemed fun at videos.
Finished.
Tried both of them, didn't seems quite interesting to me.

Ah sorry, I didn't completely read the thread title and since you mentioned Zelda 3D I thought you meant every console.
Not really a modern age game, but if you still hadn't tried out yet, Mafia series is good. Omerta is also one of them.

Mafia I seemed ridiculous and I've finished Mafia II. Haven't seen Omerta (heard of it).

Despite weird driving model and stiff shooting feeling in first game, it beats sequel in a matter of story. Second Mafia has a big and beautiful quasi open world (however, driving model is kinda bad too) with pretty neat combat system, but lacks really good plot and proper ending. Tommy's story is way much interesting.

Just Cause 2, Half-Life 2, Tomb Raider (2013), The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

I'd like them to be of modern age, not like the all praised Zelda 3D game or what ever it is.
I'll notify if I've played that game that you've suggested, but I really am at a shortage right now.
I'm into any genre exept the card based like Hearthstone, etc.
