I'm surprised you said steam won't help. Generally when it's confirmed you got phished, I'm pretty sure they do.
I'm curious about the whole situation, but we need more info into how it actually happened. Any websites you had to login with steam recently, did you vote for a cs go team, anyone else uses your acc or could have, did you login into an internet cafe or library or at any shady places with it, is your e-mail or your phone compromised, etc.? What extensions or apps you use to farm cards or anything else? Maybe a cs go cheat or extension or some other game cheat?
Either way big rip and I hope valve does decide to help you in the end.

3 diferent staff members replied to my ticket all said they wouldnt help and the third one closed the ticket, the 2nd one even assumed ( talked like she knew 100% what happened) where she says I got scammed with the profile swap "friend" scam, which I dont know anyone can even think this is what happened considering I got like 15trades or more and most of them are not with the same guy

In some steam games - like csgo - you can earn items through playing. They'll land in your inventory and you can trade/sell them. So it doesn't necessarily mean op spend money just because they had many valuable items.

I know how it is to be scammed my friend...
I got scammed a long time ago as well, at that time we did not have steam guard and trade offers were so fckng bugged as hell.
I've got all proof and sent to steam support, they did nothing... NOTHING at all... I think they even didn`t ban the guy....
I still have the steamrep case here:
https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198116914885-tz0py-tf2-team-fortress-2-items.51082/
I hope you can find a solution.... but all I can say is, Steam Support is pure garbage.

What SeaGoblin said seems like something you could at least try if you have the time and there's public attorneys they could help. It's time Steam takes some responsibility on the site security.
DingBat could give a good point of view here, but must be way more busy than usual.

You had 2FA? I guess only e-mail 2FA? If yes: that's trash, they just need access to your e-mail and steal your passwords.
I think you should tell the full story, because i think it's highly unlikely to get scammed like that with a good password, SteamApp / WinAuth /3rd Party Steam 2FA and normal precautions like using a secure OS like mainly Linux, also MacOS and not Windows. Same goes for phone. Maybe in important politcians there are stuff like overhearing, some what hacking a phone from secret services. But not that much / big of a problem for private persons at all.
But even on Windows i feel very secure about my Steam account with the shitty Windows defender (don't need it really, but the AV is as good as others and not bloaty and CPU consuming), other normal precautions, like downloading from good sources, disable administrative rights, 2FA, password manager and good passwords, which should be changed from time to time. Also as fast as possible after leaks. You can have your e-mail monitored for leaks via Firefox Monitor or have i been pwned.
Also very unsafe or even dumb to have that much of cash in Steam inventory for a long time. Okay, if you are collector on your main account, but if had that, i would use a seperate mail, 2FA, new steam acc with privacy, no uptime and just created, traded and locked away from your hdd / system, like in a real safe, lol.
