Cause thats how the rules work. If they haven't marked it as received, and get suspended, you can request a reroll. Given it was a gift, and not a key, he already knew it wasn't active yet, so disabled the gift link and made his request.

besides qanswers you already got actualreasoning behind this - person suspended cannot see anything besides Support category. He cannot mark win as received. Suspension may vary from a few days to a few weeks. Also quite a few rulebreakers when they get caught and realize they cannot easy cheat and monetize the site for their personal profit leaves the site forever the moment they are caught and get suspended. So if you send the win to a suspended user you will have to wait for his feedback until his suspension ends. You wait for your GA slot that is put on hod, for your feedback, for your level Value. Best case scenario you get these few days/weeks later when guy comes back. Worst case - he never gets back, if it was a key and he never activated it on main account you have no proof, you have to deal with support tickets and investigation etc. Anyway long story short - GA creator gets punished because his winner happened to be suspended - how is it any fair?

There was a thread about US legalizing Gay Marriages and he went into it and basically started to bash in vulgar manner, slur, copy-paste hate speech spam all over the thread to anyone who said he's either in favor or simply has nothing against gays. Then he copy-pasted spammed that he reports everyone who disagree with him in the thread. Because in his mind when he tell someone they should die, slurs them etc it's fine, because he has right to do so, because he's protecting the holy heterosexual marriage, but when in return someone calls him a troll or an idiot he's breaking the rules :>

The rule still applies, because your offense was commited much before the selection process, making your entry void in the first place. You were hence considered suspended and your "win" given to someone else. Instead of shoving it in our faces about how you didn't get your gift, how about you think about the time you fucked yourself over and violated rules in a way that got you suspended in the first place?
