Look, there are rules for victory. If someone doesn't log in or accept your gift for 7 days you're allowed to reroll. If someone breaks the rules and gets suspended you're allowed to reroll. It really is that simple. The thing is you're not really entitled to anything on the site. Support granted me my reroll. Simple as that I moved on. And while buying him the game isn't going to break my bank. 1. It sets a terrible precedent. 2. I really don't like the guy. 3. This also happened during my first event I think. not really - we thought so in the past but then precedent happened, to TreeB I believe, he didn't send the game and got not only not received but also suspension for fake GA. So not only you get not received but also risk being suspended, so not so "worth it"

He's been perma-suspended I believe going on 5 times now (going by comments: I've personally witnessed 3 separate instances where it was showing on his profile) and 'normal' suspended far more than that.
I don't even know what's going on with support, but it's ridiculous.
He's the shining example we hold up to support that their policies need work. :P
And yes, he's been blocked from SGTools, so he couldn't enter even if he actually managed to meet requirements- which, given the reasons he's most often suspended, is unlikely enough on its own.

People that give away keys on SG are not the winner's boss of any sort nor do they owe the winner anything. The winner did not do work in exchange for money by a contract. The GA host gives away a key he/she payed for for free by choice, the winner can win it by entering with points that he gets for free every day, he entered by choice, too. All he had to do was register to the site and do a few mouse clicks, it's not like he was forced to take his valueable time to do this.
This site is about giving away games from users to users, it's not like people rely on that like food.

For starters, a suspension is rarely immediately delivered. In most cases the user would have broken the rules before the giveaway ended, but just got caught after it ended.

I see. If you consider when action happened when you are deciding the reroll, there is no problem then.
As for the question; If you don't want rule-breakers to benefit, you should've been suspend them permanently. You're not doing this, so you don't want to stop them to benefit evermore. And If you even suspend them permamently, it's still not just punish them in the past because they followed the rules at the time so they had right to benefit -limited to that period of time until they broke the rules-.

The punishment is already there when suspended users can't win anything. I don't really see it any different between being suspended when the giveaway closes or say one hour after. They might have been suspended earlier had they been caught then. For the exact timing of suspension to matter, we would need to have some sort of automatic process that would instantly suspend users the very moment they break the rules.
Of course if someone decides to be a very silly person and actually start breaking rules right after winning something, then I'd say they had it coming. But whatever the reason for suspension, it still comes down to what the giveaway creator wants to do. It is a valid reason for reroll, but they can choose not to use it.

there is also additional reason for reroll on suspended users - suspended user cannot mark your GA as received. Some after getting caught and getting long suspension never come back. So best case scenario if you seng win to suspended user you get your feedback, GA slots, Level Value few days/weeks later then you would otherwise. Worst case scenario - guy never gets back and never marks the win and you have to deal with support tickets, waiting etc. so basically GA creator also gets punished because his winner is suspended.

Yeah, I got personal experience of that. Had someone get suspended for a month one day after winning and I decided to wait it out. Certainly wasn't smooth sailing once they returned and now they are permanently suspended.
