I made 2 giveaways and it's $19.98 but why can't I enter a giveaway the is $10.00 or higher ?

your giveaways need to have ended and the winner has to have recieved the game before your contribution value goes up

All data for the site is cached so could take up to 20 mins to receive your contributor value. Yours has been added already anyway :)
