Exploited keys. It is allowed, but must be approved first to make sure it's legit.

Because of exploited keys. If you can prove your key is not exploited, or even better, if it's a giftable copy, you're free to give it away.

Looking at the high amount of giveaways, I'd say it's another exploited game (just like Trine 1 and A Virus Named Tom)
