Hi, I was wondering what would happen if you buy game pack, but already have some games from it (example: I have CS: GO and buy Valve complete pack). Would I get games I own as gifts or something else?

Read steam extra copy FAQ

Add valve complete pack to your cart and before purchase they will give you the link

For e.g - if you buy L4D bundle (L4D1+L4D2) and you got L4D1 , you'll get extra copy of L4D1

Only applies to games mentioned here. For anything else, you get nothing.
