They probably goofed going from betas to live. And since head start started with massive queues Trion will probably want to focus on adding more server capacity vs adding i more players. So far it's a typical Mmo launch with the initial surge of players causing the same predictable issues as always. Guess a couple of months from now when population will stabilize people will start crying how the game is dying.

I just had my guy to call another guy and he said it should be back on Steam by the end of the week, so have no worries
