20% of all your non-bundle CV, and first 25$ of your bundle CV counts as non-bundle.

Also, there's FAQ for god's sake.

nope. but if you give more non-bundle games later on you will be getting that CV back. also read FAQ ;>

generally right now, as you're capped on 30$ CV and your bundles are worth 110$, you have 80$ unused CV. YOu will be getting 20% of your non-bundle GAs from this pool. So if you give away non-bundle game worth 20$ CV, you will actualy get 24$ CV (20$+20%*20$), and your unused CV will be reduced to 76$.
