contributor level questipon

Hi! just a little question
i don't understand a fact in steamgifts:
i have 262.11$ of gifts sent , and i'm contributor lvl 2.53
i have a friend who have 69.97$ on 3 gifts sent, and he's contributor lvl 3.23

why i have a lower level than him?

Games that have been in bundle count as 15% of their value .

I assume your friend sent Non bundled games , thats why hes higher lvl then u :)
