Need Help!!

I have some problem.
I bought 1 item of Payday 2 - 4 Pack from Amazon.
and the Message from my bank account notify me that I'm already bought it for 2.
Then I go to my game library in my amazon account.
It show only 1 Payday 2 - 4 Pack !!!

What should I do ?? I already send E-mail to Amazon Support.
I need Refund.

Help me Please. I have no ideas

2) Wait until you hear back from Amazon support
