Edit : Hey guys! The winner marked the key as "received". Is there anything else that needs to be done?

Warning! The information below is no longer relevant.

Hey guys! I need some help here... I created a giveaway a couple of days ago and now it's over and waiting for the winner. But I don't really understand what to do now, and I don't know how to contact the winner since I can't leave messages on his steam page.
The "Created Giveaways" page says the following :

  • Sent (below is a green check mark with the inscription "sent")
  • Received (it says "Awaiting Feedback")
Should I do something now and should I be worried about anything?
P.S. sorry for my bad english

For now all you need to do is wait for the winner to activate the key. (If that doesn't happen for days then you should worry about contacting him.)

And what should I do if I can't contact him?

You can try to send him an email (the giveaway creator can see the winner's address), you can try to add him as a friend on Steam. If you tried contacting him and the winner doesn't show up then you need to write a ticket to support that you want to roll a new winner for your giveaway. But (from my experience) it's pretty rare for this to happen.

The winner might be sleeping / working right now, so waiting a day for reaction is pretty normal.

bruh your giveaway ended 2h45m ago
wait, people dont spend all day on steamgifts lol
they have 7 days to mark it as received

If its a key, then you click send and wait for them to mark as received
if its a gift you have to add them
you also have the option to email them
