How do they recieve my key

I created a giveaway but i do not know how to send a key. Help!

Send it to the winner's email that appears or add the user on Steam to send the key by chat.

Adding user on Steam is always smarter, unless the winner is me - this way if the winner won't react/activate the game, you'll have less problems in the future in cause of rerolling/getting feedback.

Once the giveaway ends in 3 days, a winner will be selected and you will be provided their SG/Steam Profile and email address.

What I don't understand is, if he received the key (via email or steam), how is it that he doesn't know how to send it again?
