Any developer on itch.io can organize and publish a bundle. Because of this quality can vary greatly. This isn't an official bundle by itch.io or anything, just a dev that presumable got some dev friends together to try and raise money for charity.

I got excited for a second and thought it is one of the really great itch.io charity bundles, where they have a lot of great indies together, but this is just a few cheap "adult" games, hosted by the developers, not itch.io themselves.
