It appears to only be syncing wishlist items with an even rank: so the first game on the wishlist is not tracked, but the second is, and so forth. I've submitted a support ticket about it, though it could very well be a bug with Steam's API, and not SG.

Fixed. We need to scrap wishlist data from the Steam site since it's not offered by the API. Steam recently rearranged a few elements on the page, and that caused the parser to skip every other wishlist item. If you resync, you should have all of your wishlisted games back.

The sync seems to go through fine and my profile is public, but the site doesn't have an updated wishlist for me.
