Since a few days i get visited from 2 femal blackbirds (german: Amsel) at my window... :)
Now i lay a lil bit food there for them in the morning, but just a little bit...

living in basement and these birds love to check lower plants and soft earth for insects... sometimes when i turn down my blind at the inside of the window they came inside for few seconds and then leave again... i spy them through the small space where light comming through...

ooh nice name you have there! and you have a sharp eye :v unfortunately one passed recently but i didnt update it, it was not too long after my last post there too, ive been losing quite a few of them over a short time period (due to fights, accidents) so i wanted to take a break ;_;

thank you! :) nope, definitely less work than a dog or cat and comparing to other small animals such as rabbits or hamsters, birds are not as smelly :p downside is that keeping a bird is akin to having an un-snoozable alarm clock!
