Any way to trade steam key or activate as gift?

Okay, I got a temporary ban for posting my steam keys (bought from AMAZON) up for trade, I bought a bundle because it was cheaper for just STALKER than buying the game itself, and I own most of the other games in the bundle, and don't want the ones that I don't have.

So am I permantantly stuck with the keys or is there a way to activate them as gifts? Or can you trade on here?

I got banned from the official Steam forum for it if that is what you mean, so that is out of the question.

What is the link for steamtrade? I would google it but I am worried I'll get a fake site and loose my account lol.
