Best game for under 15?

Damn, I seriously thought you were asking for games which are suitable for people 15 and younger. Go figure... Regarding your real question I've unfortunately got no idea because I seldom delve into those gernes, so consider this a bump ;)

FPS and under 15? I'd say Tactical Intervention, that comes to mind. Otherwise a Counter Strike game? CSGO I've seen cost 11 euros, although CSS is better, it's not as cheap if I remember right. For mobiles, try Modern Strike Online.

Rising Storm is a must own FPS. It goes on sale for $5 all the time. Battlefield 4 was on sale for $10, and all the DLC for it was free.

Tycoon there is Prison Architect for $7.50, a must own.

Tropico 5 complete collection is for $10, pretty good game.

Would you guys recommend Restaurant Empire 2? It looks interesting.

Rocket League in discount

Definitely try out Lovely Planet. It looks like a baby game for babies, but it's actually really hard. It has a focus on going fast, plus there's no cross hair. It's a ton of fun. It goes on sale for pretty cheap and it's been given away for free a few times.

if you like tyccon..construction and that...why not going for stardew valley at humble montly? will have multi soon and with more 5 games :p.

Depth, Eye Divine Cybermancy especially, No More Room In Hell (Free) Zombie Panic Source (Free) Contagion (made by the NMRIH ZPS guys but updates are once in a blue moon) Cry of Fear (free, play single player first before attempting co-op with anybody. and they should do single player too) Risk of Rain, Black Mesa, Crystal Story II, Fearless Fantasy (I tested it before it came to steam \ the world!) IMPOSSIBLE CREATURES (but multiplayer is rare since its hard to organize other players, but when it does happen. very fun. unless you get rushed.) Insurgency, Killing Floor 1. I don't like 2. LEGEND OF GRIMROCK, LEGEND OF GRIMROCK 2, Mercenary Kings, Metal Assault (free) ONE WAY HEROICS , RWBY? maybe... eh not really. its an ok hack n slash. not great. Shadow Warrior is nice.

When I was 15 (or under), my favourite tycoons were Theme Hospital and StarTopia. As for FPS - Duke Nukem 3D is my all-time favorite. Loved it back then, love it now.

If it's FPS you can make a good use of CS GO.
