Still, the closer we get to a Choice release, the less chances there are to see another game bundle pop up. HB are pushing their Choice bundles as hard as they can... and if some people have a limited budget for bundles, you wouldn't want to see them spend their money on something else than Choice. I suppose that one of the selling points when talking with devs/publishers to have their games included in Choice is how good those bundles fare.

Alright, I was bored and I checked the forum to see if this "No bundle this week because of the Monthly/Choice" is a true thing or a spooky urban legend. Huge thanks to Sensualshakti for the topics.
I wrote it like this :
Date of the release of the Monthly/Choice (a Friday) : Was there a bundle the Tuesday or Thursday before its release ? / Was there a bundle the next Tuesday or Thursday ?
(Usually "Weekly" bundles are released a Tuesday, but the last few months, we got an unusual amount of bundles released a Thursday, so I included them.)
December 4 : Yes / No
November 6 : No / Yes
October 2 : Yes / Yes
September 4 : Yes / Yes
August 7 : Yes / Yes
July 3 : No / Yes
June 5 : No / Yes
May 1 : No / Yes
April 3 : Yes, though a special one / Yes

For 2020, Humble Gods flip a coin every month : it's a perfect 50/50 chance to get a bundle just before the release of the Choice.
The week after the release of the Choice, besides January but it's understandable with the holidays and the sales, that's almost a perfect and very surprising 100% chance to get a bundle.

Out of curiosity, I've checked if the bundles released the same week as the Choice one were launched on a Tuesday or a Thursday and this is what I found:
Disclaimer: I'm kinda sleepy so perhaps I made a mistake... but I hope I did not.
Out of 5 occurrences, only one was a Thursday, the rest were all Tuesdays. So... I suppose we could say that if there is to be a new bundle the same week a Choice will be released, there are 80% chances the new bundle will launch on a Tuesday. I'm predicting no bundle this Thursday. ;)
With that said... you made a little typo: "6 November : No, or maybe this Tuesday / Wait and see" You should have written Thursday, that's jeudi.

You didn't see anything. Thank you, I mixed Tuesday and Thursday all along... It's fixed. I own a Master's degree...
About the 80% chances, hmm, not quite I'd say. The Thursday bundles are rather new (well, there was a time when there were a bundle every Tuesday and a bundle every two Thursday, or something close of that, but there were dinosaurs at that time, it's a relic of the past). There were Thursday bundles once in a while since then, only when the planets aligned, but the unusual amount of Thursday bundles is quite recent. I wouldn't count January to April for these data, but I may be wrong. Too lazy right now to find the first 2020 occurrence of a Thursday bundle, every week included.
Anyway, no bundle this week or an awful one, that's a 99% guaranteed bet :p
